This is what I had for lunch today. It is what I have for lunch... many days. Today, the lady behind the counter took my order without even asking what I wanted. Last time I was there, they gave me a $10 gift certificate, made out to "VIP." I love Mexicans! I love that they make Mexican tacos all plump full of goodness! I love that they want to feed them to me and I only have to pay them money! I love when those tacos find their way into my belly! Oh my gosh!
If there is a taco shop in heaven, and no doubt there shall be, it will be El Taco Riendo. (Only in heaven, it will not be living with a gas station/bong and pipe/knife/convenience store). It will stand on it's own- tall and confident because of the bliss it clearly knows it manufactures taco by heavenly taco.
Can I get a price check on perfection? Uh... it's $1.49 per. For real.
What you should order: tres de adobada y una de asada; take them over to the fixin's- a healthy portion of the creamy green tomatillo salsa, then a lighter portion of the red salsa on top, then some onions and then cilantro. Finish the plate with a healthy portion of marinated jalepenos in the middle of the plate. Provecho!!!
However, do not let my total addiction to this plate sway you from other delights. The burritos, huarachas, gorditas and tortas are absolutely stunning. Art on a styrofoam plate.
It's ALL so good your stomache will ache, your bowels will cramp and hours later your anus may beg for mercy... but you won't care. You'll go back.

As I was about to read the last paragraph I thought to myself "With this endorsement they should give him way more than ten dollars." But then I read the last paragraph and fell out of my chair I was laughing so hard. Also Amy wants to know if you can say anus on a public blog?
