And I am totally embarrassed to confess that this one got by me. Somehow I missed it! On Jan 25th (just a couple of months ago) the SyFy original Mega Python vs Gatoroid premiered to the world! Whoa!!!
Here's the rundown: In a stunning new development, Mega Pythons have begun to decimate the gator population (along with the ocellated turkey and the wood rat) in the Florida Everglades. Concerned about the alligator's ability to defend itself against these monster snakes, the local rangers decide to take what can only be considered reasonable action-- that is, they shoot the gators up with steroids. Yah... that should do the trick. Of course, what ensues is an awesome battle of brute strength and sharp teeth that leaves a body count that would put the Terminator to shame.
Lest this impressive premis does not peak your interest, wait til you find out who stars in this wonder of cinematic goodness. Are you sitting down? Wait for it... The blushing starlets of this awesome film are none other than:

No, no. You did not misread that. These 80's divas of pop have joined forces like never before and brought their mega talent to the silver screen! That fact alone should have every family gathered around the telly to enjoy this gooey goodness.
10 points for roided out gators. 15 points a piece for Tiffany and Gibson. And we'll throw another solid 10 points in for a Micky Dolenz cameo! This movie can't miss.
